Please complete you and your partners names and the dates you can play and then Submit. The preference is that you make a commitment to play on the four days.
​However there is an option to commit to just the May 5th and 12th or to just May 19th and 26th. In these cases we might be able to make this work for you. Very dependent on the number of entries.
